Open a session

  1. Sign in at ehawk.lh.internal with your personal account + MFA.
  2. Pick the crane unit (search by unit ID or customer) and the target: Maxedge SSH, Proxmox UI or PLC engineering.
  3. OT targets trigger an approval request to the on-call OT security engineer. Maxedge and Proxmox targets connect immediately.
  4. Use the in-browser terminal, or copy the local port-forward command for your own SSH/SCP client (needed for scp of license or config files).
Sessions auto-close after 4 h of inactivity. File transfers are logged with hashes — do not transfer customer data off the site network without a ticket.
