Support checks

Unit not updating? Fleet view → unit → last seen. Older than 15 min with the crane running → follow the export-maxcloud runbook.
Customer cannot log in? Customer portal users are managed per subscription — check Masterdata → subscriptions → portal users.
Data gap after an outage? Maxedge buffers locally and backfills; gaps longer than the buffer (≈ 14 days) cannot be recovered.
